January 31 to February 1, 2009 Yours Truly, Pilar, Sophie and Yannick Means of travel: xc skate skis Why: 300 km of xc trails traversing the entire Jura! Location: NW of Lausanne # of other groups met: ~10 Where: Massif du Jura, FRANCE Sophie, Pilar, Yannick and me at the start of day 1.  Couldn't ask for better weather! Skating in style, with nobody in sight! First hill of the day.  Aiiiiiiiiii this hurts!!! The Jura.  There are 300 km of this!!! First view point. Cruising the hills much better in the afternoon. Beauty downhill.  The following day I caught a cold and lay in bed while        the rest went skiing again.  Boo!
